  • Not every project needs to span an entire home. We offer full-service and furnish & style options starting with a single room. For furnish & style projects, the minimum investment is $20,000, roughly the scope of a fully designed bedroom, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully curated.

  • Design fees cover concepts, drawings, and guidance. Furnishings, lighting, and materials are purchased separately, tailored to your project and budget. Before each project begins, we provide a ballpark estimate, a preliminary total that gives you a sense of the overall investment. As the design progresses, this estimate is refined so you always have a clear understanding of costs at every stage.

  • Every project is unique. Furnish & style projects typically take 1-3 months for the design phase, with custom furniture lead times averaging 3-4 months. Full-service interiors and new construction projects usually span 2-4 months in the design phase, while remote or virtual projects are tailored to fit your schedule.
